You Keep Singing Like That and You'll be Able to Pay for the Rest of That Dress

Long title I know, it was my Steven Tyler quote of the night. Lets get down to buisness though, I think this was my favorite week yet.

Scotty was up first, I liked him and I think it was my favorite from him so far. Naima was next with her raggae feel. I love that she is a reggae artist but explain to me that fake accent? I hated it and it ruined the song from me, I just didn't like it. Next up was Paul and I liked it I think it was just the right amount Paul with the right amount of Elton. And let me say this, all 3 of these people "talked" during there song and I wasn't sure whether to like it or hate it but I didn't mind it with these three.

Pia, the gorgeous Pia, I really liked it but honeslty I'm getting a little bored, I'm glad she is singing "river deep, mountain high" next week (or so she says) I think if she makes it though and sings that well she'll be back in the race but I feel she fell of the race for the win this week and entered the race for 3rd place.

Stefano did a lot better this week but I still didn't like him and I realized why, he has an accent that I don't like. I don't know how to explain it.

Lauren did amazing tonight! I don't think it was my favorite cover to the song and I was actually hoping either Pia or Haley would do this song but Lauren did do it great. James was next and he also brought the heat, litereally. I wish he would have brought that Adam Lambert/Steven Tyler scream he has more in this song than he did, it would have been a great song to bring it for.

Thia, unlike Randy I really liked Thia's Daniel. It was the right song for her and I think he best song in a while. I don't think she diserves to be at risk. I also don't think she can do up beat, I didn't really like last week but I love her slowed down.

Casey was back from the save and was as cocky as ever, dude your clearly not invincible get over yourself. I thought he started off bad but then he quickly got good, and it was good but I felt like we are still missing the old Casey, the Casey I loved this Casey I am not a fan off. He use to bring it and do his own thing and I think hes lost that.

Jakob was a wow for me. He amazes me everytime but like Pia I am getting a little bored with this big songs hes singing. Don't get me wrong I enjoy them everytime I just would like him to see do a little something different, I don't know what just something different.

My girl Haley had the pimp spot, when I found this out I was expecting a good performance. So far this season last performer has almost always been one of the best for the night so I thought this may be the best thing for Haley, but was worried what if she lets all of us down? WELL SHE DIDN'T!!!! Haley brought her shit!! She wasn't holding back and this was a week to bring your A game and she did! When I first saw Haley I saw something special in her besides her looks, and finally she proved to everyone I am not an idiot. Even Randy loved her and until this week he seemed to be driving Haley's one way ticket home but not I think hes on the Haley-Train, at least for now.

"I Feel Like a Monkey in a Circus Parade"

This week on Amazing Race the teams had to go from China (which frankly seemed like the most pain in the ass country so far this race, everything they had to do seemed very hard) to India but before they left the Racers had to drink some tea. Clearly this was a big yellow and red flag that said you should probably remember what you drank because it served no other purpose.

The teams had a hard time finding the right tea that they drank, honestly some of them were just guessing and I think that was there downfall, you had to drink the tea in order to guess and to much tea could have lead to a mess (literally). At this point I started to feel really bad for Luke, the deaf boy. He is having such a hard time and it was really sad that he couldn't get it. I usually don't feel bad because hes deaf because hes a cut throat competitor and I think he and his mom could've easily won this whole race but he was trying so hard and was very frustrated. I think it was good that he didn't quit and the globetrotters, who I am not the biggest fan of though there hilarious gained lots of respect from me, they were really supportive and Margie and Luke who were so far behind even though they were not that far ahead.

They had to do a detour and honestly I probably would have chosen to paint and decorate that weird looking elephant the looked like it belonged on the Pink and Black attack team (Kent and Vyxsin) but the delivering books was a lot faster and hilarious. Watching grown adults squeeze into those little school busses was good amusment, I just wish the Globetrotters would have chosen to do that task.

Finally Mallory and Gary, my favorites, won another leg and what was there prize? An indian dinner and bollywood dancers? upon hearing that I thought it was the lamest prize ever, no offense but I can go buy an indian meal (though I probably wont) and watch bollywood on SYTYCD. but luckily they got $20,000 each which was pretty badass! 

The last team to arrive was Margie and Luke, I felt bad and wanted them to stay, I had grown to like them!

Grow Up

Tonight on American Idol we were going to go from 11 to 10. Ryan brings out Scotty, Pia and Lauren....all three of them are safe. I was very happy by this because these are my 3 favourite and the people I'd like to be in the finale 3. I was a little worried about Lauren being in the bottom 3, rumors were swirling.

Next Paul and James are on stage, I honestly thought there was a slight chance one of these two could be in the bottom 3 but didn't think either would go home. I love Paul and he takes my number 4 spot, James I am not the biggest fan of, I love watching him and think hes great but he isn't a favorite.

Jakob, Thia and Stefano are up next. Honestly I looked at who was next then texted my mom and said Thia and Stefano bottom 3, it was obvious. Jakob safe, clearly. I think Jakob is amazing and I think Thia is too, though she needs to show us more. I'm not a Stefano fan, thought there was a chance I could be one maybe in top 24 but since he reached the top 13 I just haven't liked him.

Last up, Naima, Casey and Haley. I figured Naima would be safe, I love watching her perform and she cracks me up and I know she wants this so bad maybe even more than everyone else but I don't think she should win. I figured Casey would be in the bottom and not Haley. I am a big Haley fan I love her growling voice (like Lindsey Cardinale season 4). She did better than Casey last night, the judges basically try to set up Haley to fail.

Bottom 3 Stefano, Casey and Thia. Ryan is going to let one person go. Lets be honest I called this one too, Thia was going to be safe, it only made since she didn't do bad (you can argue that they other 2 didn't either, in fact nobody really did but I believe that was Caseys worst performance).

Stafano and Casey who will it be? I was bias and wanted Stefano to go and was a bit surprised that it was Casey who was eliminated. Oh well, I was fine with him going home. The judges were not. I think this whole ending was very immature, they should have let him sing the WHOLE song, after all he did bad last night and should have to actually prove that he can do better, with his redemption song or it just defeats the purpose of making them sing for their lives.

Also what really made me mad was Casey's reaction to the news that they saved him. I cuss like a sailor, but i felt half of the ending out the show was bleeped out. He was running around falling down like a mad man, people have won the show and haven't acted that immature. Grow up dude. I just feel he needs a little more poise, is that the right word? It's like he needs to go to charm school and learn how to act to good news because frankly I'd stay up all night to vote for anyone else just so I wouldn't have to see that happy reaction again.

Look at Thia, shes 16 years old and hold herself like an adult, shes not immature (though she could loosen up) and would never pull a stunt like Casey pulled tonight, even Lauren who clearly likes a good joke would never do that, also 16. Yet this 19 year old did it, honestly grow up. He acts like he really doesn't care what happens to him in this competition and then he reacts like that? No Sir not okay.

The Start of Something New

Hello Everyone! Reyn (twin) here with my new add on to our blog! I know some readers don't care for reality tv, so I am not going to bother you with it on the other blog. Reality tv is my favorite type of tv and this is where I will blog about it. The shows I'll probably blog most about are American Idol, Survivor, Real World and the Amazing Race, but expect any reality tv show!

I will probably post a couple times a week on this and that's why I made it separate. Maybe Suz will post too, its the same account so shes aloud, even though its called reality with reyn. So expect a new post tonight about IDOL!!!

Oh and a little thing about the pictures around my blog. When I was in Sydney my second time, we stayed in the same hotel as the Australian Idol (season 6) where we made a few friends.

The picture to the right is my with the sign ha. The one on the bottom left is we (Makenzie, Iba, Jamil and I) with Brooke Addamo (back row to the right of me) and Chrislyn Hamilton (to the left of me) along with two other Idols who I forgot the names of and didn't make it to the finals. On the Right is Tatum, Makenzie and I with Tom Williams, and another Idol (who is the same unknown idol in the other picture, I use to know her name i swear). Brooke came in 11th place, Tom in 10th and my girl Chrislyn came in 5th, farther than any other girl.  I still talk to Chrislyn every once in a while, maybe I'll see if i can get an interview.
